What is Cardio Kickboxing?

Cardio Kickboxing is a mixture of punches, kicks and Crossfit cardio movements built into a 30 minute workout.

We will teach you every movement and we are not afraid to modify any movement to meet you where you are. You will experience a full body workout every class!

What are the Cardio Kickboxing class times?

We offer a few options right now and as demand increases we will add more times!

Monday/Wednesday: 7am, 9:30am, 4:30pm

Tuesday/Thursday: 9:30am

Friday: 7am, 9:30am

Saturday: 9am

You must sign up to participate and we only have 10 slots per class.

What do I need to bring?

You will need a water bottle and gloves. You can use any type of mixed martial arts gloves but we suggest grappling gloves with free fingers.
